NC Public Health QI Successes to be Showcased in Ontario’s CQI Kickoff Event

To support Ontario’s 36 public health units and their commitment to advancing continuous quality improvement within their public health system, all health units will convene for a one-day meeting on September 20, 2013.

Representatives from each health unit who either lead or manage CQI will work together to develop a proactive approach to performance improvement and CQI.  Meeting topics will also include learning about excellence in QI/CQI, available resources and opportunities for improvement.

Dr. Greg Randolph, Director of the Center for Public Health Quality, will present on the QI success and progress that has been made throughout NC’s public health system.
