Return On Investment and Lean Highlighted at 2013 Janet Reaves Memorial Conference

Dr. Greg Randolph, Director of the Center for Public Health Quality (CPHQ) and Jim Kurian, Improvement Specialist with the NC State University Industrial Extension Service presented at the 2013 Janet Reaves Memorial Conference on February 14th.  Their presentation titled "Using ROI to Evaluate Lean Clinical Efficiency Improvements: Making Cents of Your QI Efforts" gave an overview of Lean and the importance of evaluating return on investment (ROI) for all improvement projects.
