Beth Willis, MHA, CSSBB works for UNC Health Care, Department of Operational Efficiency. Beth holds her undergraduate degree from UNC Chapel Hill, has earned a Master’s Degree in Healthcare Administration from the UNC Gillings School of Global Public Health, and is an ASQ Certified Six Sigma Black Belt. With over 8 years of improvement and leadership experience, she is currently involved with the implementation of Lean Six Sigma at UNC Medical Center. Beth’s involvement includes: developing the Lean Six Sigma Program, instructing in all phases from Yellow Belt through Black Belt training, and planning, coaching, and implementing process improvement. She has coached over 30 improvement projects and consults with quality leaders across the health care system. Beth's interest in improvement work stems from a desire to help people develop into problem solving leaders, to prepare the healthcare system for future growth, and to better serve our patients of North Carolina and beyond.
