Cappie Stanley, MPH, is the Director of Clinical Services for Cabarrus Health Alliance. She is responsible for agency operations, budgets across assigned program areas and serves as a liaison to the NC Board of Nursing and NC Division of Public Health. Ms. Staley was also a part of the lead staff for the North Carolina Local Health Department Accreditation Program for Cabarrus Health Alliance’s accreditation site visits in 2004 and 2008, which resulted in department achieving full accreditation status. She received her B.S.N from the University of Iowa College of Nursing and her M.P.H from the UNC-School of Public Health.
