Orange County will increase the collection rate of Wastewater Treatment Management Program (WTMP) fees by 20% by September 1, 2010. We will achieve this by closely examining the current process for client notification of WTMP inspections, the time interval between the time of inspection and the mailing of the report and invoice; the current format of the report and invoice, and the payment reminder process.
